Earl partners with the AVP of Graduate Admission to align with the university’s mission and goals, uphold LMU’s new brand standards, and create a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing and communications strategy to achieve graduate enrollment objectives. He serves as a graduate admission counselor and leads recruitment outreach through tactical support of LMU colleges’ and schools’ graduate programs.
Joining LMU directly from Pepperdine University as an Enrollment Services Officer, Earl was responsible for increasing the Graduate School of Education and Psychology’s program enrollments through various recruitment plans and marketing tactics. Prior to Pepperdine University, Earl was at Central Michigan University supporting face-to-face and online degree program enrollment initiatives.
Earl earned his B.A. in Advertising from Michigan State University, with a focus in TV commercial creation, radio message development, and graphic design. Earl gained experience in screenwriting and film production as a graduate student at Wayne State University. His love for the arts earned him recognition as a semifinalist in GoIntoTheStory’s The Quest 2013 Screenplay Writer’s Group competition
