Vanessa Miranda

As Loyola Marymount University’s Retention and Enrollment Services Specialist, Vanessa Miranda is the primary lead for Enrollment Management’s retention efforts. In her role, she supports continuing students experiencing challenges in their degree progression and completion and assists students returning to LMU from a leave of absence or readmission to complete their undergraduate degree.

Throughout Vanessa’s career in transfer admission and enrollment services, she has proven a strong advocate for transfer and continuing students in all stages of their academic journey. Vanessa is passionately committed to serving students holistically and providing the utmost customer service throughout the enrollment process.   

Vanessa earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology from Augustana College and a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Loyola University Chicago. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and trying out new recipes in her spare time.
