Kristina Kelpe joined Loyola Marymount University as the Director of Enrollment Research and Special Projects in November 2018. In this role she manages data collection, analysis, and reporting on a wide variety of enrollment management issues related to undergraduate admission, financial aid, student registration and retention, and career and professional development. She is responsible for conceptualizing and executing analyses that contribute to the recruitment and enrollment of new students; retention of current students; and the assessment of alumni post-graduation outcomes.
Before joining LMU, Kristina worked for 11 years at The Claremont Colleges in the Pitzer College Office of Admission, Harvey Mudd College Office of Advancement, and Pomona College Career Development Office. Kristina has also held positions at University of Chicago’s MBA and undergraduate career centers, General Electric, Target, and Harley Davidson. She has presented multiple times at the Technolutions Slate Summit and the Mountain Pacific Association of Colleges and Employers (MPACE) annual conference.
Kristina has her Master's in the Social Sciences from the University of Chicago and received her B.A. from Purdue University in Political Science and English.
